INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Documents needed:

1. Copy of owner’s driver license.
2. Certificate of Title.
3. Bill of Sale if title is not transferred.
4. Photos of vehicle front, sides, back, and inside before repairs. Estimate of Record from the insurance company can complement damage assessment.
5. Receipts for major component parts replaced; must be under name of owner or repair shop.
6. Bodyshop work order receipt, if applicab
7. Powe of attorney if inspection documents are not being signed by the owner.

Documents needed:

1. Dealer license number (VI/SD/etc...) of the dealer.
2. Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).
3. Re-sale tax number.
4. Copy of the driver license of any officer of the dealer.
5. Certificate of Title.
6. Bill of Sale if title is not transferred.
7. Photos of vehicle front, sides, back, and inside before repairs.
8. Receipts for major component parts replaced; must be under name of dealer or repair shop.
9. Bodyshop work order receipt, if applicable.
10. Power of Attorney if inspection documents are being signed by a person who is not an officer of the company copy of owner’s driver license.
